QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROL POLICY STATEMENT.
Gem (Nig) Global Services Limited is engaged in the provision of civil and building construction services and procurement needs of oil / gas companies, energy and manufacturing industries. It is the policy of Gem (Nig) Global Services Limited, to provide our client with products and services which conform to all speciļ¬ed requirements in a timely and cost effective manner. For Gem (Nig) Global Services Limited, quality is one of the most important means for achieving the objectives of our engagement. The concept of quality includes all aspects and features of a products or service having the purpose to satisfy client's requirement and expectations. We have established a Quality system based on ISO 9001 quality system model for Quality assurance in design/development, production, installation and servicing. All procedures, documentation and practice, in all areas are equipped to meet the requirement of this international standard.

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROL
The achievement of these quality objectives depends on the quality of personnel's adequacy to the organization, commitment to work and above all, everybody's attitude to the problems of quality. All personnel have the responsibility, the authority and organizational freedom to identify and evaluate quality concerns and to initiate solutions. The workers are committed to prevention and early detection and elimination or no-conformances. The quality assurance and quality control department acts independently from other department with the QA/QC manager as head. The Manager of QA/AC has the necessary authority and freedom of initiative and check that the quality system is correctly implemented and to propose and start any corrective action whenever deemed necessary. Quality must be a full time commitment. These are no short cuts in operating and maintaining a quality system. The QA/QC manager has the support of the top management to ensure, by any means that the quality policy outlined in this manual are fully implemented and that proper development and improvement program are prepared, put into effect and monitored.
